I must be really sick

In my mind.

It’s okay, though,

Because even if you

Don’t understand,

I know someone who does.

I want to kill

Everyone I fuck—

And also all the people

I don’t.

I just want to slit your throat

And fill a thousand Dixie cups

With your blood,

I’ll take a gulp

Or maybe chug,

Then laugh.

I don’t always

Mean to rhyme.

Sometimes, it just,

Sort of happens.

Like how sometimes

Shit happens.

I don’t know what else

You want me to say.

I talk for myself,

I don’t talk for you.

But even if I wanted

You to hear,

You’d probably ignore me.

So that’s why I write,

I write to express

The things you don’t want

To hear.

I type and I write

Anything that I want,

And even if I show you,

I don’t expect you

To understand.

I just want you

To listen.
